Ahright folks, I'm Ali 31yo Engineer, calling myself a live-in landlord, but really I just like living with a good group of people, and having my mortgage paid for me is always a boost. I'm a pretty social guy, love a good board game night, and really enjoy cooking, I often like to cook for everyone in the flat so we can sit round the table together, have a couple of drinks, or just chill out in the living room. That being said, who doesn't enjoy a bit of quiet time hiding out in their room?

Another room is occupied by Carrie, 29yo teacher from Ireland, really lovely person. She's been living here for over 2 years now, so hopefully that's some sort of testament to the place being worth a look. Carrie likes her hill walking, and camping, and much the same enjoys joining at the table, but who wouldn't when you've got your dinner made for ya! She loves her crime drama's, so I'm sure to pester her with questions of "whodunit" when she watches in the living room.

COVID PRECAUTIONS
We are following COVID regulations, and would hope anyone moving in would be respectful of our precautions. These include not having anyone round, wearing masks in public areas, washing hands as soon as coming indoors, wiping down shopping before storing away, and not visiting other homes. This is however normally a pretty social flat pre (and hopefully post) COVID, I like people coming and going for board games, dinner, also throw a few parties every now and then, and I'd encourage anyone staying here to do the same when we return to a semblance of normalcy. That being said I do still like it clean and tidy.

Pets will be considered, but there is a cat here already, and really she makes the final decision.
