I have a room to rent in my ground floor Mount Floria flat. It is a 2 bed flat with a big living room, and shared kitchen and bathroom. It is 2 minutes walk from the train station so perfect for getting into town.
The Area:
- The flat is located in the Southside of Glasgow.
- Train station is approx 3 mins walk and trains take about 10 mins to reach city centre. There are also several bus stops close by.
-There are several shops, bars, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk and Queens Park is 10 minutes walk.
I currently work full time based in Edinburgh.
The room is £600pm + bills.
Bills are roughly:

- £75 council Tax
- £45 energy
So ~ £135ish.
