Spacious double room in Mount Florida

Double room in Mount Florida ground floor flat, fully furnished with ample in built storage and primary use of the main bathroom. Bills are not included in the cost but would amount to £100/month.

I am renting out my spare room so you would be sharing the flat with me, my boyfriend (and a part time cat). We are pretty tidy and generally quite sociable and relaxed. I really enjoy living with other people and have done so for the past 16 years so the room is probably more suitable to someone similar.
I am looking for someone for short term so if you're doing a semester abroad or just in Glasgow for a bit this would be ideal for you. I love Glasgow and have lived in the city for 16 years so I'm always excited to share my knowledge of the place with someone else. I am open to longer term stays as well.

I work from home during the day and I am generally quite active so will most likely be doing things in the evening and weekends. I am happy to share meals and cook together and just hang out but also happy to give you privacy if you want to do your own thing.

The flat is very spacious and unique (incredibly high ceilings!) and has two bathrooms so you would have main use of the biggest bathroom. There is a shared open space living room, kitchen and dining area.

The flat is in a converted Victorian school and it's a unique and beautiful building with high ceilings and lots of storage throughout the house and a pond in the garden. There is a parking spot reserved for this property and I don't have a car so you're welcome to use it. There is also a basement for extra storage.

The area is really lovely and pretty quiet and there are lot of shops nearby as it sits between Battlefield and Mount Florida and Govanhill. The flat is 2 minutes from Mount Florida station and the trains are really frequent for commuting into town.
