Double Room - Glasgow Southside

Double room available in a Glasgow Southside flat. (Room will be furnished with bed shortly).

The location suits both professionals and students. Free parking is available, train station is right on the doorstep, and there is plenty access to buses.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room and bathroom, and a small kitchen. (The photos show the bedroom currently being used as a study however, this will be furnished with a bed soon!) There is also a large storage cupboard in the hall and a wee shared garden.

I am a PhD student also working full time. I am a very clean and tidy person, and like to live in a relaxed and homely place! I am also respectful of shared areas as have shared various flats with others for years. I like to cook, explore Glasgow’s food and coffee spots, go to the gym, climb, play any sport, hike (and generally get outdoors), but I also like a quiet night in too!
I am happy to socialise in and out of my flat but also enjoy time alone, and respect others’ need for alone time.

I am looking for a flatmate, age range of 22-35 and any gender, who may suit this environment.
