Hello! I'm looking for a professional, female flatmate to take over the second bedroom in a top floor, two bed tenement flat in Mount Florida, from 1st June.

The flat is bright and cosy with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The available bedroom has nice big windows that overlook the back garden. The flat is originally unfurnished so everything in the pictures is my own stuff. Everything apart from the fish tank, TV and air fryer will be staying! The bedroom will be unfurnished so you will need to bring all your own things.

The flat is located on Bolton Drive, just a minute walk from Mount Florida station and there is free street parking available. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby and close to Queens Park.

I'm Natalie, a 30 year old professional, working as a seamstress at a bridal alterations company, Monday - Friday 9-5. I'm very laid back, love to spend my weekends hiking or on little adventures.

I'd love to find someone in a similar position, who's happy to have the occasional wine/dinner together and maybe a pub trip or two! Someone who's looking for a calm, tidy and relaxed space.

Rent is £475 a month excluding bills. Bills generally around £160 each.

Deposit is £475, move in date from 1st June.
