A Double bedroom is available from the 1st November in a beautiful third floor tenement flat.

The flat has a large entrance hallway, kitchen diner, big living room and bathroom.

The kitchen is really big, with lots of cupboard and worktop space, perfect for someone that enjoys to bake or cook. It comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. There are 2 ceiling drying racks with a large window looking out onto the shared garden at the back.

The living room has 3 sofas, lovely fireplace, large bay window and plenty of bookcases for storage. All windows in the flat have recently been changed to very effective double glazing, keeping noise to a minimum and the warmth in the flat.

The bathroom has a large bath with a shower above, and an additional hair washing shower head for in the bath.

The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 sets of drawers. There is also a "walk in wardrobe" (pictured) style arrangement with one of the cupboards off the hallway to make maximum use of the space in the bedroom.

Viewing is essential to really get a feel for the size and space of the flat.

Bills are roughly £50 a month depending on usage (TV licence, Virgin Broadband, Gas and Electric). This is excluding Council Tax, as i am a phd student i do not pay council tax. If a professional was to consider the property, please note that an additional bill of roughly £94 a month will be added for council tax. Council tax Band C, however there would be a 25% discount for my student status.

Parking is available on the street outside. 2 min walk to mount florida train station with great access to the city centre in 10 minutes. Local shops, takeaways and supermarket all very close.

Looking for a flat mate that is happy to socialise or sit in front of the tv with a glass of wine and have a chill. Not a party flat as the flat is in a residential block with some lovely neighbours. Flat mate must be clean and respectful of the flat and its contents. Easy going and relaxed current tenant that likes to live in a nice homely, clean environment.
