Single room with double bed. Shared bathroom/toilet. Shared kitchen. Currently occupied by single working male adult. Common lounge and garden. Prefer a male adult who does not smoke and is not a drug user because current flatmate is a non smoker and not a drug user. Additionally because smoking is not permitted within the property. Bills not included in rent are electricity, gas, broadband and council tax ( but if your preference is for bills to be included for the purposes of a single MONTHLY payment, this can be discussed and agreed on). Property is close to local shops like Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsbury, Gregs and Nitshill train station is 5minutes walk away. Bus stop to connect Glasgow city center is just a minute walk away from property. Kindly text before calling.
