Double bedroom to share in two bedroom flat

I am looking for a flatmate (or two if you're a couple) in a nice and cosy two bedroom flat in Partick, not super-modern, but also not very old (new windows and heating working well). Cost: £500 pcm + bills (slightly more if you're a couple). It's on the third floor in a quiet location. The flat has two double bedrooms, a living room, new bathroom, and a kitchen, all fully furnished. I am looking for someone to stay there at least till the end of May. I already moved in, so you could move in immediately.

10 minutes walking to uni, 3 minutes to Kelvin Hall subway station, 2 minutes to Tesco.

I am looking for a non-smoker, no pets, no loud parties. I am in my 3rd year of Electrical and Software Engineering and I like climbing, cycling and music. Anything in common would be nice, but not necessary :-)

Students accepted. If you're not a student, no problem, I'd just like you to pay the council tax, since I don't have to pay it otherwise.
