Hello!
I have one double room available in a two bedroom flat in the West end, just off Partick station, Morrison's and shops on Crow Road.
This is a furnished two double bedroom which is available on Monday 14 October. The flat has a small but fully functional kitchen, laundry facilities, large living room, hallway and bathroom which was renovated in autumn 2018.
Bills are not included in the rental price. Because I would like to split all bills 50/50, I am unfortunately excluding students as they would not be able to share the cost of council tax.
I am a full time professional who is smoke-free, pet-free and does not drink. I hope that this flat can provide a homely yet serene environment for myself and my new flatmate. I'm a homebody who likes to read and listen to music with my giant headphones on, but I don't mind being social and having chats over cups of Earl Gray.
