Lots of natural light from the window, and lots of space under the bed for storage. The clothing rail will be replaced with a proper wooden wardrobe. Please note that the room does not come with the desk and shelving units.

THE FLAT
This is a really spacious, comfortable flat in Partick. It is a traditional tenement with high ceilings, bay windows and central heating. Along with your room, there is a huge living room with sofas and TV, a kitchen with all white goods, a bathroom with shower/bath, and a spare/utility room for more storage. Its on the 2nd floor, which is great for privacy. We have Roku, which lets you use Netflix, Iplayer, Youtube etc on the TV

THE FLATMATE
A really fun and friendly young Scottish professional, super helpful and will make you feel at home right away. You couldn't hope for a better flatmate! Great company when you want it, but totally respects personal space. If you like politics, the Office, Drag Race or a nice glass of wine, this is the flatshare for you!

THE LOCATION
The flat is in Partick in the West End, which is a lovely area with lots of cute shops, cafes and pubs. It's also only a few minutes away from Byres Road and Ashford Lane, great for shopping, eating and going out. It's a really safe area and our neighbours are lovely. It's. 5 minutes from Kelvinhall Subway, 5 minutes from bus stops to any direction, and 10 minutes from Partick train station. You're also minutes away from a Spar, Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose and a big retail park with Sainsburys, M&S, Argos, etc
