Flatmate wanted in lovely Partick flat!

Hi there,
My current flatmate is moving out of this lovely flat soon so I am looking for a new one to replace him as soon as possible.

I am working full time and have a dissertation to juggle on top of that so won’t be at the flat an awful lot but when I do I want to feel at home with a flatmate that I like spending time with.
I am into music (playing the piano and currently learning the guitar) and sports, with football, mountainbiking and bouldering only being a few of the activities I enjoy, and it would be great if you had similar interests!
Apart from that I enjoy cooking in the brand new (!) kitchen and in my past 5 years of sharing flats I have always found that the best nights often start over a spontaneous communal dinner and a couple of beers.
I value cleanliness and tidiness and you have to as well, preferably with a couple of years sharing experience.

The flat really is as pretty as on the pictures and is close to Partick’s highly rated restaurants, with Sainsburys and Morissons as well as Partick station also only being less than a 10 minute walk away. Your room is fully equipped and also gets Glasgow’s morning sun, just like the living room table, so what’s not to like?!
On street parking is available, although I will say it’s not the easiest to find a spot at times.

Bills/council tax are not included in the £525, so obviously I cannot take any full time students that don’t pay council tax. Please be aware that if I think you’re the right guy you will have to go through the standard process (credit check, references etc) with the agency as I am also just renting and can’t give you a contract myself.
