Looking for someone to replace me for the remainder of the flat's contract, which is from 1st of June - end of September. Perfect for students looking for short-term accommodation for the remainder of the academic year.

Room comes fully-furnished with an IKEA table, chair, mirror, half-height wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and bed.

The heating is electric, inside each room (not central). Shared kitchen and bathroom. The living room is huge with an electric fireplace heating and an additional electric heater.

Wi-fi is included with the rent. The connection is really good and fast. Electricity is not included in the rent, and you'll be splitting the bill, which falls to around £30-50.

Location is 10 mins walk from Partick train, subway, and bus stations. 5 mins walk from West End Shopping Center (Sainsbury's, Boots, Argos, M&S Foodhalll), 5 mins walk to Broomhill Square (Co-op, Boots). Around 20 mins from University of Glasgow campus by foot, or you can also take the bus or subway.

Flatmates are friendly Indonesian students who keep to themselves. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and lovely. I'm moving to take a room in a flat with a friend.
