My flatmate is moving out at the end of June, so I'm looking for a new flatmate from July onwards. Our flat is 3rd (top) floor and in an amazing location in Partick/the West End of Glasgow. The flat is 2 beds 2 bathrooms, and it has a spacious living room and a fully fitted kitchen. It has a subway and train station within a couple minutes of walking, as well as various supermarkets too. It's a quiet street and we have lovely neighbours, and the flat is fully furnished. Although it's a lot more homely than the photos, those were taken when we first moved in.
The rent is £495 (bills not included), and ideally I'm looking for an easy-going young professional or postgraduate student.
