Hey! My 2 flat mates will be moving out at the start of June 2024. Just posting an ad to see if there is some interest in someone else taking on the flat with me. Within the flat is 3 double rooms. Currently the rent is £400 each however if it was only one other to move in then the rent would be £600 each and bills.
Rent is pretty cheap for decent area. Bills not included but around £60 a month. Council tax not inc. Great flat in a great area.
