I am currently seeking a new flatmate to take over the vacant room left by my previous flatmate. You will be sharing the flat with me, a postgraduate student at the University of Glasgow.

The flat is furnished and spacious, with a large living room and kitchen. It is conveniently located:
- 20 minutes to the city center by bus
- Less than a 1-minute walk to Partick subway station, train station, and bus stance
- Nearby grocery stores (Morrisons and Lidl) just 2 minutes away

Rent:
- £575 per month,
(bills included for short-term lets )
- Council tax band E

For long term Bills are an additional £50 to 80 pounds approximately. (Rent will be not more than 650 pounds all inclusive of bills)

The property is equipped with all necessary amenities including brand new good quality mattresses, a fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave & vacuum cleaner.. The property also has a fibre optic broadband

For short-term lets (1 to 4 months), you will pay the rent directly to me, with no deposit or referencing required.

Long-term tenants more than 6 months will have the option to secure the room with a £150 deposit. In this case, your name will be added to the contract, and references (such as guarantor details) will be required.
