Room available in leafy Broomhill

Hello,

I have a room to sublet in the flat I am renting in Broomhill available from July 1st.
It’s the bigger of the two rooms and it is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
It’s a beautifully decorated flat owned by a friend of mine, spacious and in a prime location.

About me: I am a 40 year old professional female who works Monday to Friday 9-5 with a couple of days per week working from home.
I am friendly and sociable yet peaceful and I enjoy my own space.
It is a quiet flat and Ideally I would be looking to live with someone mature, clean and tidy, willing to chip in with all household chores, and who is equally sociable yet understanding of each others personal space.

The rent does not include bills and these are currently working out about £150 each per month including council tax.
I would be happy to consider living with a mature student, but half the council tax would still required to be paid.

The room will be available from the 1st of July, potentially earlier if needed. Can be slightly flexible.
