My flatmate is moving out and I need someone to take over his room beginning of April. I will be moving out in mid July but happy to cover the full month rent if need be. You are welcome to continue living here longer providing the landlord is happy to proceed with this.
Council tax is currently £142.50
Bills are around £55 per month
Including gas/elec/internet
So the full price is around £800 ish per month.
Location - right next to subway and train station. Next to a Morrisons and Lidl and 10 min walk from Byres Road and Kelvingrove park. It’s a really great location and there’s parking for those who drive!
Bit about me I wfh x2 per week but I don’t mind if you also have wfh days. I’m super chill, clean and friendly. Respectful of personal space if you want to hang out or need alone. I enjoy staying in or the occasional drinks. Love hiking and just started running again.
