Double room available in modern apartment

Hi all, I'm Mitch! I currently work in research at the University (not a student). I'm into cooking, watching netflix, running/cycling, an occasional drink and I'm into geeky things (comes with the job...)

My current flatmate is leaving the end of March to move back to Germany (he was here for onyl a 6 month contract at the Uni), and I want to carry on staying at the apartment as it's so nice and well-placed! Perfect location for subway connections (Partick) and shopping. And also that Partick is swiftly getting up there as a place for good food and drinks.

Professionals only, due to council tax payments etc., Council tax is about £90 each a month due to the band. But I may consider students if they can pay some towards. Other bills amount to about £50-60 a month (broadband, gas, electric). I have no TV, so no TV license (only Netflix etc).

The property is a spacious modern 4th floor apartment, overlooking the West End of Glasgow (situated opposite the West End retail park, with Sainsbury's etc). It is very well insulated and so gas and electric bills are kept to a minimum.

The property is fully-furnished. The available room is quite spacious, with a double bed provided, including a walk-in fitted wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet. There is little to no noise from neighbours, as is the issue with the older terrace apartments. Kitchen has all modern appliances, including dish-washer (but no microwave, sorry).

I'd be interested in anybody who can respect privacy etc, but also doesn't mind having a chill at some times and is into watching films and going for food/drinks :D although it's not a requirement...
