Part of a social housing block in a residential area, it has main door access through a private balcony immediately off the car park with free, off-street parking adjacent.

Comprising two single bedrooms and a twin/king size bedroom all on the top floor and living/dining room kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Recently modernised, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven, hob, microwave and toaster. Bathroom with bath and shower and a living room with dining area for 6. We provide bed linen, towels and cleaning. TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and WiFi included.

Groceries: For every day essentials there is a shop next door, opening 8 am every day, closing at 6:30 pm (3:30 pm on Sundays).

Transport: A car is best and there is plenty off street, free parking immediately next to the apartment. There is a local shuttle bus stop in front of the apartment to Shawlands Shopping Centre and train station. There is a bus stop 500 metres away on the A77 Kilmarnock Road with half hourly services to Kilmarnock/Ayr and Glasgow City Centre.
