As a hardworking male, I'm seeking someone like-minded, sociable, laid-back, and looking for a friendly, peaceful environment. While I'm away regularly, I'm typically at the house during the working hours of the week.

The available bedroom is a bright king-sized room with no other bedrooms adjacent, offering ample space for a desk if needed. Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the rear garden, a bowling green, and the local park from your room.

Our large living and dining area boasts beautiful twin-aspect views and a bay window. The property is equipped with double glazing, central heating, and super-fast 1GB fiber optic broadband.

Situated in a quiet area with a friendly community of young families and dog walkers, our home features a spacious back garden. Several parks are within a short walking distance, as well as a Tesco supermarket. A bus stop to Glasgow city centre is just a 2-minute walk away, and the Rutherglen train station is a convenient 10-minute stroll; the train arrives every 10 minutes and takes around 8 minutes to reach the city centre.
