The room includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and an ottoman bed, plus a large built-in cupboard for additional storage. A desk can also be provided if needed. You’re welcome to make the room your own and add personal touches or artwork 😊

The house has a generous south-facing garden — ideal for BBQs and relaxing in the sun. There’s a cherry blossom tree, and in summer there will be outdoor seating, a fire pit and some home-grown vegetables. Summer garden photos are from Rightmove.

Located in a quiet area with good local coffee shops nearby. Burnside station is a 10-minute walk with easy links to Shawlands and the city centre. Convenient motorway access and roughly 15 minutes’ drive to most areas of the city. Free on-street parking is available outside the property.

You’ll be sharing with me, a sociable 30-year-old who enjoys hosting occasionally but also values a calm, comfortable home. I spend a lot of my weekends rock climbing or outdoors, and also enjoy comedy nights and a few drinks with friends.
