Newly refurbished two bedroom flat with a spare bedroom to rent. I am looking for someone fun and outgoing to take over my room while I work abroad. It's a beautiful 2nd floor flat with a big living room and a bright kitchen/diner. Own bathroom/shower room for private use. The kitchen is fully equipped and has very recently been redone. We have a dishwasher and a brand new washer drier. The bedroom is fully furnished.

The flat is in the heart of Shawlands and very close to Strathbungo, with eateries like Cafe Strange Brew, The Glad Cafe and Gnom within walking distance. The property has just been done up so I am looking for someone who will be clean and respectful. Professionals only, please.

Easy access to City Centre and West End of Glasgow by both train and bus.

Your flat mate will be Orlaigh, a 29yo female working full time in an office. Clean, tidy and loves to cook and be sociable in the flat but also will respect your personal space. Really easy going, friendly and loves a good laugh.
Rent includes bills, council tax and TV license, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime/Amazon Video. Cleaning services once a fortnight are also included.
Free on street parking available with no permit required.
