Big light room in a 3-bedroom flat in Shawlands

Hey there! We are two 3rd year Fashion Branding students (both 22) and we are looking for a flatmate for our three bedroom flat in Shawlands. The location is great and it's only one stop to Central on the train or 20 mins by bus. The room is big and is furnished (bed, desk, chair, good size closet (it's a little built in one behind a door), bookshelf). We have a living room and a nice and big kitchen. The rent is £365 plus bills which are about £40 (depends a bit on weather and how much heating we use). We are looking for a student and preferably female between 20-30 years. We both appreciate our privacy and see our home as a place to come back to after a busy day at uni or work, so it's not a party flat and we like to keep it clean. Of course we do like movie nights with a glass of wine or have dinner together. If you are looking for a room or know anyone, or would like more information, please let me know.
