Due to one of my current flatmates moving into a house with a private garden so she can co-own a dog, I have a double room available to rent in my flat in a quiet area of Shawlands, with on street parking, and a shared garden. There are numerous bus links across the city and train station just a few minutes walk from the flat, roughly about a 20 - 30min cycle (45min walk) into the city centre.
There is a spacious shared living room with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a shared bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished, with good amount of storage and south facing so benefits from a lot of natural light, especially being top floor.
The cost includes all bills - council tax, heating, electricity, WiFi.
Ideal Flatmate:
Professional working 9-5 Mon - Fri, looking for a friendly relaxed home, would enjoy some dinners/drinks/games & movie nights together but also respects personal space. We also like to get out and about in hill walks and adventures so more than welcome to join in!
Looking for someone who ideally is wanting to stay long term.
