- Beautiful living room. Really comfy. Loads of space. Big windows let in loads of light.
- You get the bigger bedroom. Bed is huge.
- Well equipped kitchen; fridge, freezer, brand new induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, rice cooker, blender.
- Bath and good shower
- Washing machine + heated drying rack
- Garden space at the front and patio space at the back
- Walls are thick

The place is really well connected; 3 minute walk from Queen’s Park station, 5 minute walk from Pollokshields West, and the bus stop round the corner will get you to Patrick, Dennistoun, wherever you need.

I’ve lived here since 2019 and love it. We’re just round the corner from Queen’s Park, Brodie’s, Stag And Thistle, and everywhere else Strathbungo has to offer. Really nice area.

Rent is £425. WIFI and the electric bill would be on top of that.

Just looking for someone chilled out to live with really, someone tidy who enjoys switching off once they’re home. Everybody and anybody welcome. I’m a professional folk musician so I’m on tour at least 50% of the year meaning you’ll have the place totally to yourself a lot of the time.
