Double room for let in ground floor, three bedroom flat in Pollockshields, Glasgow.

Spacious double room with garden view and lots of storage. There is a shared bathroom, large dining kitchen and separate living room. The area is very convenient, located a five minute walk from Strathbungo with lots of nice cafes and restaurants and Queen's Park.

Current occupants are two female doctors aged 28. We are friendly, we like cooking together and socialising in the flat when we are home but are both pretty busy. I am very active and like cycling and running and my flatmate loves cooking and is very creative.

We are looking for a tidy, sociable person to join our flat on a short term basis until August as my flatmate will be moving out to her own flat and I will be moving to Australia. After August the flat will be available to rent through a letting agency if you would like to stay.
