Sunlit fat in Shawlands - bills included.

Hey troops, looking for a new housemate now that my pal has moved out.

Room is south facing which means ample sunlight in the morning and opposite the main road - therefore no noise pollution. Sunset creeps through living room later in the evening and the flat is generally bright, fresh and well lit.

Flat is extremely spacious and furnished to a high standard. Room comes with a new double bed and clothes rail. We’re smack back in the middle of Shawlands close to the Granary Pub and Phillies. Very close to local brunch spots, plenty cafes and charity shops nearby.

Several buses stop directly outside and go in to town within 20/30mins. I cycle and have space for a bike if you do too. Windows are double glazed and super fast BT fibre optic wifi included. I also have sky for anyone who likes sport / box office events and films.

You will be sharing with myself, a 33 year old working professional (design engineer). Ideally looking for someone with similar routine but happy to review on a case by case basis. Im pretty active and enjoy all sports really. Also an avid cook and enjoy hikes, pub, freshwater swimming lounging over TV and the odd game of tennis.

I value my own time and space but also looking for someone who can be social and interact. Ideally someone who is neat and appreciates cleanliness in communal spaces like the bathroom & kitchen.
