It's a 10 minute walk to either Crossmyloof or Pollockshaws West station (3-4 trains/hour).
The flat has central heating, a central hall with a dining table and chairs, a shared bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and a living room with a wood stove, window shutters and a TV/VCR/Roku, and a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of small appliances for cooking. The washing machine is accessed via the room you'll be renting, which is why it's only a Monday-Friday rental. The floor and window bay have both been insulated and the window is brand new and high performance, so the room is unusually warm, quiet and cozy for a tenement. There are two washing racks to dry clothes in the hall and bathroom. There is also a garden out front which is exclusive to my flat, and a shared garden out back with a drying line.
There's also a very friendly spaniel who lives in the flat, so you need to be happy with sharing a space with a super friendly dog. Local restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets are all within walking distance of the flat - I've lived here, car-free, for 8 years. All bills, except council tax, are included in the rent. Council Tax band C.
