En Suit Double Bedroom in heart of Shawlands

Hi! I’m on a work placement for Summer so looking for someone for June / July / August (would consider for shorter stays).

You would be living with a chef (Jack) who is very big into fermentation and food (the house is frequently filled with delicious smells of his cooking). He works a lot during the week so would not be in your way but loves a pint or a film on the weekend (we have a great projector as well as tv at the house for movie nights if that’s your thing) - equally he’s very easy with someone who likes to keep more to themselves. Jack is super friendly and welcoming and would want to meet whoever will be living in the flat to make sure you are the right match.

The flat itself is a top floor tenement flat and has a private garden below for the building (so is smoker friendly). The house has lots of plants (Jack looks after them) and is very homely and colourful. Jack is tidy and we ask that if you are wanting to live in the flat you would also respect the space! There is free parking outside our flat also.

It is in a great location and 8 min walk from Crossmyloof and 2 min walk from the bus stop outside The Granary so you can be in the city centre 15 min by train or 20 min by bus.
Loads of amazing coffee shops near by (Frankie’s and Verse) and so much more on the high street.
