Situated in a residential street near Crossmyloof Station and the main streets of Shawlands, it's on the 2nd floor of a traditional tenement block with door entry system, back patio and on-street parking. You would have one of the two bedrooms with ample clothes space, a hall cupboard, and shared use of the living room with 2 sofas, dining recess, bathroom, kitchen and utility room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and everything you need for living. The rooms have double glazing and central heating, so it is as cosy as traditional stone tenements are!
It's a quiet but well-connected area, being only a 2-minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and the train station which is one stop from Glasgow Central. The flat is also quiet as I work away and don't stay every weekend, sometimes with my partner.
It is a sociable, gay-friendly flat but no large parties or gatherings! I don't mind occasional overnight guests when I'm not there and homeworking some days a week is fine. I would be open to a Mon-Fri let too.
