Hey, ive two double bedrooms available in shawlands, about a minute or two walk from queen’s park!

Rent is £750pm plus bills (roughly £50pm all in -council tax is already covered)

Rooms are furnished- brand new carpets, TVs, mattresses, pillows n duvets etc. They have built in wardrobes/ storage.

Crossmyloof station is about a 10 min walk away, (6mins to central) with trains running every 5-10 mins, mount florida also is only about 15 mins walk. Street parking next to flat available aswell.

The flat has a bathroom with bath/shower, kitchen (fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher), ands large cosy living room. Also theres a big balcony/ veranda perfect for coffees or wines depending on time of day or just type of day hehehe! theres also a large garden out the back :) Plenty access to public transport, shops, pubs/bars, restaurants nearby aswell!

Unfortunately i’m really allergic to cats but dogs are moreee than welcome:)
