Modern Double Room in Bright Southside Flat

Hi! I’m 25, originally from Dublin, and recently moved to Glasgow for work. I work in research in women’s football, so weekdays can be fairly busy and I often work evenings. Outside of that, I’m easygoing and social, always keen for weekend adventures, trying new places, getting outdoors, or heading to the pub.

I’m looking for a flatmate for up to 6 months while the current flatmate is away travelling. Ideally would love to find someone I genuinely get on with rather than just to fill a room!

It’s a bright, spacious flat with two double bedrooms:

The room has a queen-size bed, desk, drawers, and shelving. Tall ceiling and a big window so it’s big and spacious and really bright.

We share a big, south-facing living room with bay windows, a kitchen, main bathroom, and a storage cupboard. The kitchen is fully stocked and we’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

I love music, and the flat has a few instruments (including piano, guitars, clarinet) which you’d be very welcome to use.

There’s also a small outdoor area with a picnic table and washing line.

The flat isn’t the best setup for working from home, but there are loads of lovely cafés and WFH spots nearby and I WFH approx a day a week.

We’re right across the road from Crossmyloof Station so it’s about 5 minutes into town by train, with regular buses too. Queen’s Park and Pollok Park are both close by, and Kilmarnock Road has great cafés, brunch spots, and shops. Easy access to the M8 and M74 as well.
