Lovely room to rent in Shawlands Flat

Hi, I’m Lynsey. I’m the current tenant looking for someone to share this lovely furnished 2 bedroom flat in the Southside of Glasgow.

The flat is in a quiet area, with parking and a few minutes walk from train stations and buses. The shops and gym are also a few minutes walk away. The room advertised would come furnished with a desk, fitted wardrobes and access to its own (the main) bathroom. The room is available from around the 19th but there is some flexibility.

The flat is spacious, with a large kitchen/living room. It has both gas and electric and is council tax band E. WiFi is installed, with bills estimated to be around £180 a month each.

I’m a working professional, working 9-5 hybrid . I typically work 2-3 days in the office and I have a desk in the living room which I use for the other days working from home.

I enjoy baking, reading, going for walks and going to the gym. There are some lovely local cafes and bakeries very close by. I’m quiet, clean and considerate. I’m looking for someone similar who is sociable and would be up for grabbing a coffee and the occasional movie night but also is respectful of each other’s space.
