Double Room in Spacious Southside Tenement

My name’s Cian, we have a flat in the Southside of Glasgow with myself (26) my girlfriend (25) and another lad who’s from Ireland (28). We’re pretty close and enjoy the pub and heading out for the odd bbq as we’re a short walk to Queen’s Park.

The flat is a three bedroom large tenement flat, around 100sqm all together, it’s got a large living room, kitchen and hallway, three spacious bedrooms and a large (shared) bathroom.

We are a 5 minute walk from Pollokshields East train station which is then one stop (about £2) into Glasgow central, or a 15 minute walk to the subway if you’re heading to the west end. We love this area with loads of restaurants and bars and stuff happening, close to central and Pollok park is about a 30 minute walk, where you can see the highland cows.

Looking for someone that’s social but also appreciates people’s s space, if you think you’d be a good fit we could go grab a pint/coffee and a wee chat:)
