Double w/ big living room in Shawlands!

I'm looking for a someone to replace my current flatmate from the 1st June 2026. The bedroom is a small double, but comfortably fits bed, desk and a clothing rail. It gets morning sunlight and you would be sharing the big semi- open plan sitting room/ kitchen area with me! Also we have a bath!!

The flat came unfurnished, so there is plenty of space for you to contribute to its decoration, as i am still slowly accumulating more furniture. My current flatmate is happy to leave his bed and desk for you.

The flat is in a great location, less than 2 min walk to crossmyloof station and 5 mins to a big morrisons - plus is ground floor so no need to lug bags up stairs :) And were right in the middle of 3 lovely parks!

I'm looking for someone friendly and social that wants to share the space as friends. I'm a student until the end of august and often work from home, so i value having a homely vibe and a flatmate that can respectfully share communal space. Its important to me that flat generally stays clean and tidy, but mostly I'm looking for someone chill, down to hangout and understanding of each other and the stresses of life! I am respectful of personal space and wont pry for conversation but as the living room is the biggest part of the flat I'm really looking for someone that will be comfortable sharing the space. Also someone that is happy with friends/ family coming over is important, just to hang around or for the occasional dinner party which id love if you got involved in, but no pressure :)

council tax band C - currently both students so are exempt but ill be working from september
