The bedroom overlooks Queens Park

My lovely flatmate and landlady (and her precious wee whippet 💔) are moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to take their place.

The room is spacious with a king sized bed and a small desk. Rent is £700 per month, with all bills included.

The flat itself has a lot going for it! The kitchen is bright and spacious with a dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer. The flat also comes with a tumble dryer and a fortnightly visit from a cleaner is included in bills. There’s a beautiful roof terrace with amazing views across Glasgow and out to the Campsies.

Location-wise, it’s very convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside the front door with frequent routes into the city centre. Crossmyloof train station is just an 8-minute walk away, and you’re also within about 10 minutes of Queen’s Park and Pollokshields West. There’s a Voi bike stand nearby, plus plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, GPs and pharmacies etc. all within easy walking distance. Queen’s Park is also just across the road.

A bit about me - I’m a Highlander and love all things outdoors, reading and the pub. I work hybrid as an Equality Officer.

I’m looking for a flatmate who’s friendly, sociable, easy to live with and overall, a sound person. I’d love a flat mate who’s up for the occasional pint or cooking dinner together. It’s important to me that the flat feels like a place where we can both chill and feel at ease.
