Lovely Sunny Room in Shawlands Glasgow Southside

Hii everyone, I am moving out 23rd May and looking for someone to take over my room in 2 person shared flat in Shawlands, Glasgow Southside. The rent is £500 + bills and bills are usually between 70-90 pound per month depending on the time of year.

You'll be living with my current flatmate Nuala who is a chill lesbian studying Anthropology, plus a cute cat called Boots! Ideally looking for someone who is a postgraduate or in their mid 20's or above. Also looking for someone who is queer ideally but queer friendly/female is also a good fit. Housing benefit is accepted. Not a party house and person must be cat friendly :) Nuala lives a quiet and independent lifestyle, but is friendly (much like the cat).

Flat is in a brilliant spot because its right beside Pollokshaws train station, a Tesco, and a Morrisons. Flat is on the 2nd floor, no elavator unfortunately, and has a communal garden.
