PARKING- The flat has secure underfloor parking. You will be provided with the remote control to open the garage door. There are also bike racks available for use.

FLAT AND SHARED AREAS-The flat is a bright, relaxing 2 bedroom, modern and spacious flat. You would be sharing the flat with me. I’m a live in landlord and have stayed here for 7 years. It’s a peaceful, bright and beautiful space.
With rising bill costs I can’t accept someone working from home, sorry. There’s a library around the corner and cafes nearby if that’s a help. The kitchen and living room is open plan, giving it a nice social and relaxed vibe. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is also a communal outside patio area with some patches for gardening if that is up your street. 🌱
CLOSE BY- The flat backs on to the beautiful Pollok Park, which is lovely for a walk, run or for lunch in the wee cafe. It is a 5 minute walk to Pollokshaws West train station. Trains to and from Glasgow Central come regularly and take 10 minutes. There are bus stops 2 minutes away that go into the centre as well. Shawlands station is also very close by. It is a 10 minute walk into Shawlands which is full of nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a Lidl and Morrison’s just a 5 minutes walk away, a pharmacy and a convenience store very close by too. There is a lovely coffee shop across the road called Toro 😊☕️ and Eala Bahn bar and restaurant.
