Hello!
My current flatmate is moving out, so I now have a large room available to rent in a spacious, bright 2 bed flat in Shawlands.
The room comes with a wardrobe and side tables, as well as a memory foam bed (fancy).
The kitchen has been newly fitted, comes with a dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
As for the location, the flat is just off Kilmarnock road which has a number of shops, bars and restaurants. The closest bus stop is a mere 2 minute walk and can get you to town in 20 minutes.
In a flatmate I would like to live with someone who is sociable and clean and wants to live somewhere homely.
About me:
I really enjoy cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I work in the third sector within mental health and am really passionate about equality. I love watching documentaries and old Simpson's episodes (v nostalgic)
