Spacious king-sized bedroom in Shawlands

Ideally looking for a female flatmate to share my beautiful two-bedroom flat in Shawlands.

The flat is a lovely red sandstone tenement with traditional high ceilings and neutral decor that I’ll be updating a little in the coming months. Brand new double glazing keeps the flat cosy and free of street noise and it’s a lovely neighbourhood to live in. Lots of great places to eat, drink and walk around! It’s very close to two train stations and plenty of bus stops. There is also on-street parking available too.

The room for rent is spacious and fully furnished with king sized bed, two bedside tables, two chest of drawers and an open clothes rail with plenty of hanging space. It’s bright and airy but has great blackout curtains for when you need a lie in!

You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with me which has a shower over the bath and the water pressure is always good! (Nothing worse than trying to wash your hair under a drip!) The kitchen has everything you’d need and I’ll likely be upgrading it in the next few months.

I’m looking for someone who is fairly independent but happy to hang out in the evenings, share a meal or a few drinks!
