Double room with own separate bathroom for rent

Hi!
Double room for rent in a nice second floor flat in the East end at the top of Tollcross park, 5 minute walk from Carntyne train station. Bus stop just down the street into the centre, takes about 20 minutes to get to Argyle street. Room has a double bed, a desk, and a built in wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom just down the hall with bath/shower. Shared livingroom and kitchen. Rent + bills comes to around £400 a month each. Renting is through an agency that requires references, flat is council tax band B.
I'm a quiet, friendly, tidy 26 year old professional who works 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Not really a party person, so ideally looking for someone of similar mind, don't mind if professional or student. * Move in date would hopefully be sometime at the end of October/beginning of November. My current flatmate is basically just waiting for the go ahead to fly back home to Germany, so with the current situation things are a bit vague, but will update as soon as I can when we get facts :) *
