Double room with ensuite

Hi,

I have a spare room available in the G32 area of Glasgow in a beautiful old sandstone house that I’ve recently renovated.

The house has two separate living areas – one with a couch and dining space, and another cosy lounge area with sofas for relaxing. It’s a comfortable, homely space and easy to keep tidy (there’s a dishwasher, so no arguments over dishes!).

The available room is an extremely small en-suite, but it’s fully liveable and has been barely used. It currently has two brand new single ottoman beds with storage, set up with a mattress topper that makes it equivalent to a super king size. There’s also a large wardrobe with drawers included and space for a desk or additional drawers.

I’m 38 and work as a quantity surveyor. I’m fairly introverted and tend to wind down quietly in the evenings, though I’m equally happy being social at times. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

I also have a 6-year-old cocker spaniel, Harris, who’s very chilled and loves a cuddle on the couch – ideal if you’re a dog lover.

This isn’t a party house – I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and happy to live in a calm, relaxed environment.
