Hi!

I am looking for a flatmate to share this property with. My current flatmate is moving out mid-May, so I am looking for someone who would like to move in towards the end of May.

If you like to have lots of space at your disposal, then this could be a great match. The room has an in-built wardrobe, is fully furnished, and you can easily fit a desk in, if you want. The flat is also away from the main road, and there are a few trees that make the view outside. The living room is spacious and cosy, albeit there is no TV (not a fan myself, but feel free to bring yours). The kitchen has everything you need, from an electric oven and stove, to a microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, and a washing machine. We will be sharing the same bathroom, but don't worry because I go to work very early in the morning, so it is unlikely that our schedules will overlap.

Bills are not included. The monthly expenses vary from £150 to £200 per month (£75 per person council tax, £15 for broadband, and between £60 and £100 for electricity). Heating is also electric. Broadband speed is suitable for study/ working from home. Also, the flat is well-connected to the city, with routes 87/88 being the most frequent (every 15 mins).

A little bit about me... I am a young professional, working as a Commercial Analyst for C&C Group/ Tennent's. I graduated last year and am currently doing a part-time master's degree in Data, Economics, and Policy Design. I am very passionate about what I do, so I am always happy to have a conversation about anything that involves data, research, or tech. I like to meet new people and learn new things, so I have lots of stories to share. Because I am an early to rise, early to bed type of person, I expect you to be considerate and respectful of my schedule, as I will be of yours.
