A nice double bdroom with built in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table, shelved unit and large sideboard. The room has a 55inch wall mounted television and Sky TV. It has been recently decorated. The house has a cozy lounge, which you are welcome to share with us. The open plan kitchen diner is modern amd spacious. It has a gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and barista coffee machine.
The south facing garden is an absolute suntrap in the summer and great for lounging in - although we will be doing a bit of work to improve this in the coming months.
Both in the house enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meal preparations, or leave you to it. The only cost you will need to pay beyond rent is your own food and drink.
Couples will be considered with the cost of an additional £100 per month.
We are sociable but would prefer a tenant who are pretty chilled out - we are past the days of wild parties.
No smoking inside the house, but smokers are welcome provided they are happy to smoke outside.
There is a cat in the house, so you would have to be okay with that. She is very timid, so no other pets are allowed.
