The house has a cozy lounge and an open plan kitchen diner that is modern, spacious and well equipped. You are more than welcome to use these rooms.
The south facing garden is an absolute suntrap in the summer and great for barbecues and having friends over.
Both in the house enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meal preparations, or leave you to it. The only cost you will need to pay beyond rent is your own food and drink. The cost of laundry powder etc is included.
Anyone renting the room will be more than welcome to have their partner / future partner over. Couples will be considered with the cost of an additional £100 per month.
Smokers are welcome so long as they are happy to smoke outside.
There is a cat in the house who is very timid, so no pets are allowed.
