Silverburn shopping centre 5 minutes drive. Gyms and fitness centres, cycling routes locally.
I’m looking for either a student or a young professional. The person would be respectful and maintain a clean and tidy living space, with noise and music to an appropriate level. The only extra charge would apply to any young professional as opposed to student of £7 per week towards council charge bill.
