Spacious double bedroom in Orchard Park South Side. It has a separate bathroom with free standing bath and walk-in shower. The homeowner’s bedroom is downstairs with additional shower room. Utilities and broadband included. The house mate will also have use of utility room, downstairs lounge, dining kitchen, driveway for 2/3 cars.
The location has excellent rail links from either Giffnock or Thornliebank stations to Glasgow central. There are also frequent bus services from nearby Fenwick Road and Thornliebank. Drive to QEUH and sick children’s hospitals 20 minutes. 5-10 minutes walk from Rouken Glen with Pollock park and Burrell Collection one short rail stop. 2 supermarkets with good eating places and nice restaurants nearby. Silverburn shopping centre 5 minutes drive. Gyms and fitness centres, cycling routes locally.

I’m looking for either a student or a young professional. The person would be respectful and maintain a clean and tidy living space, with noise and music to an appropriate level. The only extra charge would apply to any young professional as opposed to student of £7 per week towards council charge bill.
I may consider extending the period of rental depending on compatibility.
