The room has been newly decorated as has the main bathroom (would be used as your own bathroom as we use en-suite).
The house is beautifully decorated and a stylish semi detached, and is very much our home.
Access to huge back garden and own parking at front of property.
We also have a (very small) gym in the front bedroom which you would be available to use if respectful of equipment and neighbour on adjoining house.
We are proud of our home and would be looking for someone clean and conscientious to take our back room.
We are ideally only hoping to let out the room until the end of February 2020.
