Looking for a easy going and tidy flatmate

Hello there, if you interested in living in west end for relatively cheap price this room might be just for you.

My name is Minda and i am working as a chef. On my working days i am usually gone from morning till night, so you can have a flat for yourself. I am friendly and easy going , but i take looking after the flat seriously and i have some bad experiences with people who say they are tidy and it turns out they are opposite of that! I am not a person who has OCD, but i expect flat to be cleaned equally once a week by you and me.

On my day offs i like to play variety of music loudly while cooking/cleaning/doing laundry. But i never play music loud before 10 am or after 22. So just a heads up if that is something you dont like. .

Now about the flat, its not super modern, and the furniture is a bit oldskool also, so its one of the reasons why the rent is cheap. In winter it gets a bit cold in the flat, so i get around it by using electric heater witch can cost a bit of extra £.
