Double room available (Partick)

Hi!

My current flatmate has moved out so I'm wanting someone to take over their room anytime from now! The current flatmate has paid their months rent until the end of the month so whoever moves in wont have to start paying until the 1st of April

- The flat has a decent size shared living room and the room you'd be getting is pretty big
- Location wise less than 10 minute walk from Partick interchange where there's a subway, train station and buses so really good for transport !! There's also a Morrisons and Lidl here too which is handy
- There's a retail park a 2 minute walk across from the flat with a Sainsbury's, M&S, home bargains
- Some really nice pubs/cafes/ restaurants just down the road etc

Wanting a 'professional' to move in due to the council tax & the landlord's request (people doing PhD's included)

With bills the room is 515 a month including rent, TV license, internet, gas, electricity, council tax etc

^ I have Sky Sports & BT Sport also which will be available to use on but it's not included in the prices above as I'm sure many don't want to be paying for something like that if they're not bothered about watching.

I've recently (ish) done a masters @ Uni of Glasgow in Global Mental Health but currently out of work due to health reasons but looking for part-time work - feel free to ask more about this on a message if you're interested!

I'm just looking for a person who's pretty chill, happy to watch a film and go for a drink now and then - the usual!

Whoever takes over the spareroom will not be on the lease but the estate agents/ landlord are happy with someone subletting the room from me. No references/ credit checks will be needed because of this.

I'm currently staying at my girlfriend's so if you moved in you'll have free reign of the flat until lockdown eases.
