Your future room!

Hi, I have a room available for rent, ideally suited for a mature student, easy links to the three Universities, although i'm open to anyone. You would be living with me, I own the property. The room itself is huge, almost the size of a small flat. It is a combined bedroom and living area, completely private for you with a lockable door. All we would share is sizeable kitchen and toilet. No problem with you arranging the room how you wish, putting stuff on walls etc, make it yours!

I have a dog, Ugo, he's totally adorable with a super sweet nature, you will have a lot of fun :) Bonus points if you are around sometimes in the daytime and are happy to keep him company when i'm out.

I study and work part time. I try and keep the place tidy and clean, although i'm not obsessive about it. Quite relaxed, would prefer someone similar. I like the place to be quite quiet generally, but no problems to have folk around.

The area is amazing, 5 minutes off Byres Rd and Hillhead subway, 5 minutes from Botanics. Very quiet neighbourhood.
